Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, scheduling high-volume meetings across multiple time zones.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Prepare, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Reserve conference rooms and arrange catering for internal and external meetings.
Provide backup support to other Executive Assistants during absences or peak workload periods.
Maintain a high level of professionalism while handling confidential information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to shifting demands.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Effective communicator with a personable, professional, and team-oriented approach.
No specific degree requirement; relevant experience is prioritized.
