About the Role:
We’re partnering with a growing community-focused financial institution to find a Marketing & Communications Manager who will lead strategic marketing, digital content, public relations, and event initiatives. This person will be responsible for strengthening brand visibility, supporting business growth, and enhancing customer engagement across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the organization’s marketing and communication strategy
Create and manage collateral, social media content, and digital campaigns
Maintain and update website content and ensure brand consistency
Coordinate community events, sponsorships, and internal/external communications
Draft press releases, manage media relations, and represent the organization publicly
Track campaign performance and manage the marketing budget
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
5+ years in marketing, communications, or event planning (banking/financial services strongly preferred)
Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills
Strong social media experience and working knowledge of WordPress, Canva, MS Office
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
