Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to assess business strategies and align them with organizational goals
- Provide coaching and advisory support to leaders
- Analyze learning and development needs and consult on solutions
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns and proactively address issues
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure efficient workforce planning
- Serve as a gatekeeper for role alignment and efficiency
- Guide conflict resolution and foster a positive work environment
- Ensure HR compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Utilize data analytics to influence decision-making and provide thought leadership
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding efforts
- Assess organizational development needs and implement solutions
- Provide insights into workforce trends and key metrics
- Facilitate communication during organizational change processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in HR business partnership roles
- Experience in medium to large organizations preferred, focusing on strategic partnerships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage organizational change effectively
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards
- Proficiency in learning new technological tools
- Ability to adapt to vendor changes and learn new tools quickly
