Responsibilities:
Partner with senior leaders to assess business strategies and align them with organizational goals
Provide coaching and advisory support to leaders
Analyze learning and development needs and consult on solutions
Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns and proactively address issues
Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure efficient workforce planning
Serve as a gatekeeper for role alignment and efficiency
Guide conflict resolution and foster a positive work environment
Ensure HR compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements
Utilize data analytics to influence decision-making and provide thought leadership
Participate in recruitment and onboarding efforts
Assess organizational development needs and implement solutions
Provide insights into workforce trends and key metrics
Facilitate communication during organizational change processes
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred
10+ years of progressive experience in HR business partnership roles
Experience in medium to large organizations preferred, focusing on strategic partnerships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage organizational change effectively
Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards
Proficiency in learning new technological tools
Ability to adapt to vendor changes and learn new tools quickly
