Overview:
Turn2Partners is supporting a growing client that is actively seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team. This individual will play a key role in managing interview logistics, improving candidate experience, and ensuring recruiting operations run smoothly.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of recruiting coordination experience and has used Greenhouse within the past 3 months—this is a must for the role. If you’re detail-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy supporting recruitment teams, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule interviews across time zones for phone, video, and onsite formats, coordinating with candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams
Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a polished and professional experience
Maintain and update candidate records, job requisitions, and interview workflows in Greenhouse
Assist in the creation and posting of job descriptions across internal and external platforms
Generate and manage offer letters and assist with onboarding documentation when needed
Prepare recruiting activity reports and dashboards from Greenhouse
Support employer branding initiatives and special recruiting projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or a similar HR support role
Hands-on experience with Greenhouse within the past 3 months is required
Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and pivot quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy and proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
This is a 6 months contract with the potential for extension.
