Our client is currently seeking an experienced attorney to join their nationally recognized law firm as a Healthcare Regulatory and Transactional Associate. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work on a wide range of legal matters within a dynamic and collaborative team environment. Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of healthcare-related agreements, including professional services, vendor agreements, and business associate agreements.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on healthcare regulatory compliance matters, encompassing reimbursement under Medicare and Medicaid, fraud and abuse laws, and HIPAA regulations.
• Conduct thorough legal research, create compelling legal documents, and formulate persuasive arguments in support of clients' interests within the realm of healthcare regulatory and transactional law.
• Collaborate closely with partners, senior associates, and support staff to ensure an exceptional standard of client service and satisfaction throughout various healthcare legal matters.
• Stay current with shifts in healthcare regulations, and offer strategic advice to clients on adapting to and complying with new regulatory developments.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience within the healthcare sector.
• Demonstrated excellence in academic achievements and strong professional references.
• Profound legal writing prowess coupled with effective communication skills.
• Membership in the District of Columbia bar or eligibility to waive into the bar is mandatory.
