Your Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end RFP/RFI proposal development cycle as the primary contact point.
• Oversee proposal preparation from request to final response.
• Ensure overall contract execution and compliance for assigned tasks, proactively managing risks and resolving escalations.
• Mentor team members, facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, and manage resources for efficient task completion.
• Review proposal drafts for quality and layout, monitor progress, and maintain a proposal database.

Requirements

• 5+ years of business development/capture management experience in SLED contracting.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• 5+ years of team management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Successful track record in winning federal and/or SLED contracts.
• Strong organizational, communication, and MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of FAR and DFARS requirements.
• Results-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple engagements simultaneously.
