Position Title: Client Services Officer
Location: Bethesda, MD (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Position Summary:

This role supports high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutional clients across a wide range of financial services, including investment management, trust accounts, retirement accounts, and estate planning needs. The Client Services Officer is responsible for both administrative and relationship-based support, ensuring seamless service across multiple account types and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client servicing needs across trust, IRA, individual, corporate, partnership, and UTMA accounts

  • Authenticate and process cash and transaction requests

  • Ensure compliance with fiduciary and regulatory requirements

  • Onboard new client relationships and maintain account documentation

  • Partner closely with internal teams to deliver coordinated client service

  • Monitor alerts and resolve account issues in a timely manner

  • Collaborate with attorneys, accountants, and advisors to support client strategies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in client services within wealth management, private banking, or trust services

  • Strong understanding of account structures and investment products

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and trust accounting platforms

  • High attention to detail, sound judgment, and client-first mindset
