Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent
  • Design and oversee total rewards programs to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Lead and manage a team, providing supervision, guidance, and support in daily operations.
  • Coordinate and execute various projects related to HR initiatives, utilizing effective project management methodologies.
  • Employee Relations- this person will help mentor the team in how to deal with those issues
  • Strong focus on DE&I

Must Haves:

  • Bachelors or equivalent years of relevant work experience
  • Strong a building relationships with many different levels and backgrounds
  • 7 years of HR experience
    • 3+ years of management experience
    • HRIS experience

    Nice to Haves:
