Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent
- Design and oversee total rewards programs to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Lead and manage a team, providing supervision, guidance, and support in daily operations.
- Coordinate and execute various projects related to HR initiatives, utilizing effective project management methodologies.
- Employee Relations- this person will help mentor the team in how to deal with those issues
- Strong focus on DE&I
Must Haves:
- Bachelors or equivalent years of relevant work experience
- Strong a building relationships with many different levels and backgrounds
- 7 years of HR experience
- 3+ years of management experience
- HRIS experience
