We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrative Support professional to assist with leave of absence management. This role is ideal for someone with strong computer and organizational skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can meet deadlines efficiently. Part-time or Full-time schedules available.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the administration of leave of absence processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (including HIPAA).
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for leave of absence cases.
- Coordinate communication between employees, management, and relevant stakeholders.
- Provide general HR support as needed, including data entry and reporting.
- Contribute to team projects and initiatives within the HR department.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an HR administrative role, particularly in leave of absence or HIPAA-related functions, is preferred.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Authorized to work in the US without work visa sponsorship.
Work Schedule:
- Full-Time: Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day (Flexible start time between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM)
- Part-Time: 3 days a week, 8 hours per day (Flexible start time between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM)
