Turner Staffing Group is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Maintenance Business Assistant for a 90-day temporary assignment supporting operations at our client’s Goldrush mine site. Key Responsibilities:
Confirm and manage daily time entry for maintenance crews
Perform data entry for completed Work Orders in SAP
Organize, scan, and upload documentation into SAP
Create new Work Orders and follow up on existing ones
Track Operator Card Pre-Op information using Excel
Order and manage office supplies as needed
Assemble and print weekly maintenance packets (Mobile, Fixed, and Electrical teams)
Take meeting notes and distribute summaries
Schedule and coordinate team meetings
Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative support or office coordination (experience in mining or maintenance settings is a plus)
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with SAP or similar work management systems
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to handle confidential and time-sensitive information with professionalism
