We are looking for a passionate recruiter to help us grow our Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management teams. The right candidate has experience in full-cycle recruiting, and hiring distributed teams in key markets across the US. You will partner up closely with the VP of Sales and Head of Business Operations to understand their hiring needs, as well as prioritize and close searches against a timeline.
Wonolo is experiencing exciting growth, and we need you to help us scale. Your main goals are to find top talent, build a candidate pipeline that fits the Wonolo talent bar, and lead a high quality recruiting process. The tactics you lead will be driven by a data-first approach aligned to company metrics, which will require an analytical mind coupled with an empathetic heart and a GSD mentality.
