As part of their engineering team growth, they are hiring a new engineering leader to support front-end and web development-centric engineers across two delivery teams. You will be responsible for supporting and growing the team, managing change as they grow further (including iterating on their processes and how they work, splitting off new teams, etc), and helping each of the engineers on your team to be as effective and successful as possible.
