Our client has created AI-powered leadership. Their proprietary algorithms turn companies’ underutilized system data into personalized, prioritized leadership recommendations to maximize productivity.

They have successfully deployed an MVP to enterprise customers in various global locations and are looking for a hands-on, passionate leader to scale it into a fully-functional platfrom.

We’re looking so a start-up CTO, who’ll lead their infrastructure development, information security, engineering, and UX.

You need to be experienced, having at least five years of practical architecture and full-stack engineering experience. And, you need to be passionate about the problems that AI is able to solve.

In the interviewing process, you’ll need to demonstrate:

  1. Solid evidence of building end-to-end software solutions: architecture, full-stack engineering and UX
  2. Solid theoretical knowledge of computer science
  3. Experience with enterprise data ingestion and APIs
  4. Understanding of business needs and the ability to deliver simple and quick solutions 
  5. Ability to work through ambiguity and complexity

You will be part of the leadership team applying machine learning to leadership science to help leaders become the best they can, and then better. Your core work will be making sure the technology can deliver the right vision and scale rapidly.

Overall Responsibilities

  • Building the 2.0 version of their MVP
  • Designing the application architecture
  • Selecting a technology stack
  • Setting up a scalable cloud-based infrastructure
  • DevOps
  • Enterprise data ingestion and APIs
  • App development
  • Figure out and deliver our data security compliance needs
  • Manage customer relationships from a data point of view
  • Hire, develop and retain a lean technology team

The successful candidate will possess the following skillsets:

  • BS in Computer Science
  • Minimum 5 years of architecture and engineering experience
  • Strong programming skills (including Python and JavaScript)
  • In-depth knowledge in data science platforms
  • Experience in product development
  • Experience in data visualization tools like Qlikview, MS BI, SAP Lumira, etc. and able to translate complex insights in a storytelling dashboard
  • Understand the product implications of data
  • Excellent analytic and modeling skills
  • Cross-team communication skills
