Title: eCommerce Data Analytics Manager
Location: Fully Remote

Position Summary
- Reports to Senior Director, eCommerce
- Collaborate with division heads to support key initiatives related to overall eCommerce performance, primarily around Direct to Consumer
- Lead marketing tech stack build out currently in process
- Leverage data insights to contribute to the development of the user experience/front end and identify necessary back end requirements
- Assist with transition from content/brand site to eCommerce site (process already in progress)
- Evaluate existing tools and research and implement new ones in an effort to improve data measurement
- Create multiple dashboards and reports that enable access to, provide interpretation of, and allow for creative thinking about data
- Design data visualization for day-to-day, management, and executive level users
- Facilitate collaborative data sharing
- Establish KPIs and provide routine analysis
- Cohesively and coherently convey data in both verbal and written formats in an easy-to-digest manner
- Deliver data in both ad-hoc and deep dive reports
Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, business analytics, or related
- 3+ years experience in data/marketing analytics or similar role
- Proficient in Power BI and SQL
- Previous use of Snowflake or similar tools
- Experience with Python or R preferred
- Expertise in at least one analytics/visualization tool
- Self starter with ability to work cross functionally
