Title: A&D Sales Rep (Specification Sales / Commercial Sales / Architectural Sales Specialist / etc.) 
Location: REMOTE/HOME OFFICE: Northern California

Two of our best clients in the building materials / hard surfaces industry are growing their presences across the U.S. with a focus on several markets, Northern California being a top priority.

Position Summary: The A&D / Spec Reps are responsible for forging and growing relationships within the Architecture and Design Firm space. 

• Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and other professionals in the architecture and design industry to become a trusted advisor and preferred supplier.

Skills/Requirements

• 2+ years of proven sales experience in architecture and design industry selling products or services to A&D professionals.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, architecture, design, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the A&D market, including its key players, trends, and project lifecycles.
• Highly proactive and self-directed, with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Compensation: *dependent on the client, market, and experience level. 

• Base Salary: $85K - $110K*
• Guaranteed commissions negotiable for first 6-18 months.*
• Uncapped Commissions, Car Package, Health Benefits
• Remote, Hybrid and on-site depending on the hiring company. Most however are remote.
