Title: Branch Manager
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Pay Range: $85K-$110K Base + Bonus

Our client has a 30+ year history in the distribution of building materials for both commercial and residential applications. They have had consistent growth over the last 10 years and are searching for a Branch Manager to lead sales and operations in Indianapolis, IN.

Position Summary

• Responsible for all aspects of branch sales and operations including customer service/experience, HR, and administration.
• Meet and exceed all goals and metrics including sales and production targets resulting in market share growth in branch's territory.
• Provide strong, hands-on leadership to the branch team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation.
• Manage budget and create forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans that positively impact profitability, productivity, and growth.
• Monitor market trends and conditions and identify/execute new opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Foster communication and knowledge-sharing with other branches, regional/corporate leadership, and headquarters.

Skills/Requirements

• BS in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven sales and business operation track record.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing sales and operations teams.
• Ability to effectively function in fast-paced, busy environment.
