Title: Service Sales Representative
Location: REMOTE based in Tampa, FL area
Compensation: $100K+ OTE

Our client, a leader in the heating and cooling services industry for 50+ years, is searching for a Service Sales Representative for Florida's West Coast. This is a remote/home office position.

Position Summary

• Responsible for growing sales of services across a wide range of industries
• Manage high volume of prospects in all stages of sales funnel
• Generate new qualified leads by all sales methods including cold calling, onsite visits, networking, etc.
• Establish new and nurture existing relationships
• Act as main point of contact for all current and prospective customers
  
• Perform site visits/walk throughs
• Create estimates and proposals

Skills/Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with B2B sales in HVAC industry or commercial services industries
• BAS experience a plus
• Familiarity of regional business environment
• Proven track record of self-generating leads and closing new business
• Strong presentation skills that result in new business
• Disciplined, organized, and detail-oriented self-starter with ability to self-manage
• Excellent communications and networking skills
