• Addiction Medicine NP or PA - can take Psych NP or PA with Addiction Med experience
• Must be local/within driving distance
• W&M; only 8-10hrs per week
• Methadone and Suboxone assisted treatments 
• Suboxone x waiver preferred 
• 5-10 patients per day
