Permanent Primary Care Physicians Needed in VA

• Full time salary: $225,000
• Full time Sign on: $25,000
• Bonus: after year 1 and meeting metrics (average 18 patient/day and 250 patients in your panel) $25,000, same bonus in year 2
• 401K with 3.5% match
• Malpractice, tail coverage
• PTO: 16 days plus 2 floating holidays & 3 sick days
• 6 national holidays (NYE, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
• CME: 5 days and $3500
• Clinic Hours: 7:30-5
• Monday-Friday
• Call: 1 week every 3-4 months, telephonically
