Locums ICU Critical Care coverage needed in West PA

• Must be PA Licensed
• Current Coverage Needs: May 10-17, June 7-14, July 5-12, August 2-9, December 20-27
• 7AM - 7AM
• Will cover Medical Critical Care unit
• Admit approx. 130 patients per month – 10-20 patients per day (14-15 Summer – 18-20 winter)
• 24-hour resident coverage, residents take first call
• Make rounds on patients in AM with Residents then on-call for the remainder of the 24 hours
• Admissions from Emergency Room 3-4 per day
• High acuity patients, cardiac and sepsis
• Placement of arterial lines
• Sedation: Deep, Conscious
• Cardio-version
• Post OP cardiac surgical management
• ACLS required
