Assistant Store Manager

Our Flagship Store consists of our naturally powerful Esther & Mila Skincare, artisan one-of-a-kind crystal and gemstone jewelry and luxe quality crystals.

Role Responsibilities:
? Assist store manager in meeting or exceeding determined sales goals
? Ensure consistent execution of company’s marketing and visual presentation efforts, policies and procedures
? Set up displays and arrange merchandise on counter or tables to promote sales
? Exemplify excellency and a high standard of customer service
? Assist in creating and running special in-store events that align with our brand image and maximize awareness
? Maintain proper inventory controls
? Ensure that the store is up and running at opening and secure at closing
? Operate a point of sale system effectively
? Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in the store
? Fill, package, and ship online orders
? Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business
? Escalate issues as necessary
? Able to work flexible hours including weekends & holidays
? Be a true ambassador of the brand
Skills & Knowledge Required:
? Advanced knowledge of beauty products and/or previous cross-selling expertise
? Retail experience, preferably within the cosmetics/skincare space
? Previously demonstrated successful sales experience, meeting and exceeding quota
? Ability to learn and utilize POS Systems
? Focused on attention to detail, taking initiative, and demonstrating resourcefulness
? Upbeat, positive, friendly with a passion for skincare, healthy lifestyle
? Ability to work well with others, as well as the ability to work independently to drive a successful business.
? Demonstrate ability to understand sales and targets
? Ability to work well in a fast-paced, boutique setting that requires a high degree of multi-tasking, teamwork and adaptability
? Interest in a healthy – clean lifestyle and skin care that supports that!
? Retail experience, preferably within the cosmetics/skincare space
? Previously demonstrated successful sales experience, exceeding quota
