Our client is a national robotics automation firm establishing its presence with a new office in the Sarasota/Manatee area. Our team specializes in delivering cutting-edge automation solutions, and we're seeking a dynamic leader to orchestrate our project execution and facility operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Project Leadership: Drive automation projects from planning to execution, ensuring milestone achievement

  • Resource Management: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using advanced PM tools

  • Stakeholder Communication: Lead engagement with customers, vendors, and internal teams

  • Team Coordination: Guided multidisciplinary teams including engineers, purchasing, and technicians

  • Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets and resource allocation to maintain project profitability

  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks proactively

  • Supply Chain: Coordinate procurement and logistics for timely material delivery

  • Operational Excellence: Optimize facility workflows and productivity

  • Quality Assurance: Maintain robust documentation and compliance standards

Core Skills and Qualifications

Required:

- 3+ years of industrial automation project management experience

- Expert proficiency in project management tools (Monday.com, MS Project, or similar)

- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)

- Outstanding communication abilities for customer and team interaction

- Demonstrated experience in schedule development and tracking

- Proven success managing diverse technical teams

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- Thorough understanding of procurement processes

Bonus Points for:

  • QuickBooks proficiency

  • Robotics and material handling equipment experience

  • Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma certifications

  • Manufacturing process optimization experience

  • Facility startup or new operation management background

Location & Work Model
