What You'll Be Doing System Design & Programming: Design and program PLC-based control systems using Allen-Bradley RSLogix/Studio 5000 HMI Development: Create intuitive HMI/SCADA interfaces and implement robust control solutions Robotics Integration: Program and troubleshoot robotic systems, primarily FANUC platforms Vision Systems: Implement and optimize machine vision solutions using Cognex, Keyence, and IRVision Safety Compliance: Ensure all systems meet industrial safety standards (ISO 13849, NFPA 79, UL508A) Client Collaboration: Travel to customer sites (30%) for commissioning and troubleshooting Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with mechanical and electrical engineers on integrated solutions Core Skills and Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of PLC programming experience - Extensive knowledge of motion control systems (servo motors, VFDs, stepper drives) - Proficiency in industrial sensor integration and troubleshooting - Strong electrical schematic creation and interpretation skills - Experience with industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profinet) - Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in industrial settings Bonus Points For: FANUC, ABB, or KUKA robot programming experience (2+ years preferred) AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN expertise (2+ years preferred) SCADA development experience (Ignition, FactoryTalk View, Wonderware) SQL database knowledge Python or C# programming skills IIoT and Industry 4.0 technology experience Why Join Us?
