Your Path to Success

  • First Year Earnings: $250K-350K OTE ($120K-150K base)
  • Territory: Strategic US markets focused on manufacturing sectors, primarily food & and beverage
  • Growth: Accelerated compensation as you exceed $1.5M quota
  • Development: Direct exposure to emerging automation technologies
  • Impact: Lead projects that revolutionize production efficiency

The Right Fit

You understand and can effectively communicate:

  • Industrial automation architectures (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems)
  • Manufacturing execution systems (MES)
  • Process control and instrumentation
  • Industrial networking protocols
  • Robotics and vision systems integration
  • IIoT and digital transformation initiatives

Sales Expertise

  • 5+ years of complex technical solution sales
  • Experience selling to manufacturing environments
  • A track record of $1M+ annual quota achievement
  • Proven success in 3-6 month sales cycles
  • Ability to engage with both operations and C-suite
