Financial Analyst
$800M SEC Manufacturer— $95K plus profit sharing plan

THE SIZZLE:

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 4 years’ experience
• Ability to obtain, analyze and interpret data from multiple systems
• Business partnering skills; interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of the principles, processes, and standards for integrated financial analysis and reporting.
• Analytical Acumen and Problem-Solving skills
• Financial Systems Capability. Proficient in Excel. Understanding of financial accounting systems, preferably Oracle and HFM.
• SQL and VBA skills are a plus

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare detailed revenue reports
• Analyze and interpret data trends and present results
• Prepare margin analysis
• Perform data analysis on the performance of key business metrics
• Develop and report headlight metrics
• Support data governance and defining revenue consistently across the business for reliable and consistent reporting
• Enhance reports and tools to understand/explain results
• Prepare audit material and results consolidations for SOX
• Gather information from various business units to aid in the compilation of complex forecasts and budgets
• Prepare variance analysis as required
• Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate Policies and performing other duties as assigned by management
