  • Focus is on title insurance
  • Looking for 2 Managers/Senior Managers:
    • 2 Managers – 4-5 years of experience. Big 4 highly preferred. He will look at heavy Seniors or light Managers
    • 2 Sr. Managers – 8+ years of experience. Big 4 highly preferred. He is targeting heavy Managers or Sr. Managers

 

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area required; CPA required.
  • Experience in accounting, financial audit, or transaction experience (experience related to M&A or due diligence preferred) with public accounting firm:
  • Strong current knowledge in US GAAP, M&A, and transaction services.
  • Recent experience with current audit and accounting concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to supervise and coach team members to deliver expected results.
  • Must be comfortable client interfacing.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Must be an Excel expert.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and train team members providing transaction services to clients.
  • Advise clients on enhancing financial opportunities and mitigating risk associate with mergers and acquisitions.
  • Analyze financial and operational results of target companies using accounting information and interviews with management.
  • Prepare and evaluate pro forma financial information.
  • Research industry standards and trends, target companies, or other information affecting the acquisition.
  • Write and/or review detailed reports correlating due diligence and financial analysis findings with client valuations.
  • Identify issues affecting purchase price, deal structure, or deal termination.
  • Recommend post-acquisition actions to achieve anticipated earnings/cash flow improvements.
  • Evaluate effects of seasonality and cyclicality on cash flow requirements.
  • Work closely with client executives, attorneys, investment bankers, private equity investors, or other stakeholders.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with current and prospective clients of the firm.
