Tax Manager and Senior Tax Manager

Private Equity Owned Healthcare Company – Beverly, MA (may consider fully remote if candidate will travel to office quarterly)

The Sizzle:

• Will be looking to hire a Senior as well; focus is on Sr. Manager and Manager first
• CPA preferred, prefers Big 4 public accounting experience, as well as 1065/1120 tax returns and ASC 740
• Was public, is now private equity owned
• Focus is on partnership returns and annual provision work, mostly review
• Manager: $140-145K, 15% bonus, plus sign on bonus
• Sr. Manager: $170K, 20% bonus, plus sign on bonus
• 20 days PTO, 5 holidays

Minimum Education & Experience:

• Experience reviewing 1065 and 1120 Tax Returns and various State Tax Returns
• A firm understanding of ASC 740 and the Tax Provision Process
• Experience working on large tax engagements (100+ entities) preferred
• Experience with Thomson Reuters software, specifically ONESource Income Tax and Provision preferred, but not required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and aptitude for learning additional software applications
• Highly organized, self-driven, strong attention to detail, proven problem-solving skills
• BA in accounting or Finance, MST and/or CPA preferred
• Experience in Big 4 preferred, but not required, with 7+ years working in Tax
