• Firm primarily does public, domestic, international, business and individual
• Not looking for HNW experience
• Prefer if candidate has not been in private for more than 2 years
• Market rate compensation
• Fully in office in Winter Park, FL
• Tax only – no audit
• No preference on prior firm size
• 10% prep and 90% review for Manager, must have federal experience
• Can make commission based on billable hours
