Lead Financial Analyst

$200M Manufacturing Company – Atlanta, GA – Up to $100K, plus 10% bonus

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations for the division and 2 plants
• Review and approve journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations entered by other team members
• Calculate and book board rebates, volume discounts and quarterly accounting entries
• Ensure financial statements are accurate and complete by reviewing monthly P&Ls for reasonableness and ensure divisional costs are booked appropriately
• Point of contact for division locations regarding accounting related questions
• Prepare and publish financial reporting schedules & analyses, including results of operations, monthly leadership reporting package, and customer accounts receivable aging report
• Work with company and Corporate team on process improvements
