Search for a Facilities & EHS Manager for an expanding industrial in the Chesterfield, MO area. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator comfortable selecting/working with vendors and managing/optimizing the facilities maintenance and EHS programs; You will work to develop processes and improve tracking for facilities maintenance/vendor management for all facilities services; Set up and management of predictive maintenance programs; Strong Environmental, Health and Safety focus; Prior experience developing and conducting EHS training/messaging; Regular review of the facility, production operation and vendors to ensure uptime of equipment and elimination of safety concerns. BA/BS pref’d with min 3 yrs exp in facilities or EHS, will consider candidates with less academic education reinforced by work experience in a manufacturing/assembly environment. 20% travel.
