New search for a Quality Engineering Manager near Bells, TN for a leading manufacturer in their industry, client is experiencing consistent growth. The ideal candidate will have min 4 years of progressive experience in a Quality Engineering role, leading team members and ready for management. This role is hands on and requires someone not afraid to role up sleeves and help the team. You will be comfortable with day-to-day data and statistical analysis of data for non-conformances as well as driving the QMS and supporting audits; Work well with other team members and support organizations; Capable of coaching/mentoring direct reports and supporting product implementations; Familiar with SAP, BOM’s, 8D, 5 Why, RCA, CA and other prevailing quality tools; Support multiple coincident projects; Solid compensation and benefits. Min Technical AA, BA/BS pref’d.
