Search for a Strategic Marketing/Product Manager for an expanding industrial in the St. Louis, MO area. This new role is key to continued Co. growth and strategy working to stimulate marketing/target plan for the Co. You will: Have an entrepreneurial flair; Be a Hi-Pot employee with exp in a mfg environment, have a strong B2B focus and desire for advanced leadership development; Define, build and execute product strategies, plans and strategic roadmaps to stimulate business growth; Team with cross-functional teams and external resources/partners to understand and develop core market segments/forces & value proposition to define a strategic marketing plan; Utilize the current product portfolio to drive growth and profitability; Work with internal/external customers to develop a pipeline of new products interpreting customer and competitor input into the innovation story; Utilize marketing strategies such as SWOT, PESTLE, 4 P’s etc. in partnership with sales to drive organic growth; Utilize data and analytics to drive effective decision making; Have proven product development exp including launch and management of a new product; Have exp working with a sales org to develop and execute growth strategies that delivered results. BA/BS with technical background req’d. Min 5 yrs exp in product or marketing management. 35% travel.
