CONFIDENTIAL Search for a Financial Controller for a client in the Pharmaceutical industry near Lawrence, MA. The Ideal candidate will have experience supporting operations as a Business Partner to division leadership. Responsibilities include employee training and development; coordination across functional departments in a highly matrixed organization; Knowledge of GMP & cGMP processes; You will have strong skills in Costing; Coordination and administration of the facilities accounting functions, including general accounting, inventory and payroll, AP/AR, Internal Controls; Earnings estimates, Profit planning and strategic economic analysis; You will implement strategic plans, capital investments, acquisitions and restructuring projects; Prior experience with ERP systems, LOGIC ERP pref’d; BA/BS Accounting, Finance or Business req’d, advanced degree pref’d including 5+ years in financial analysis/reporting, audit, inventory control, cost reduction, tracking & management of costs against a budget, and tracking P&L results. Travel < 20%.
