New search for a North American Sales Director fortune 500+ manufacturing client focused in the automation industry. The ideal candidate will be highly technical and have experience in industrial equipment focused on printing, labeling, marking and coding in the CPG manufacturing, food & beverage, healthcare products, cosmetics or automation space pref’d; Experience leading and developing sales teams with minimum 10 reports; Prior experience driving the sales process, metrics & accountability; Sales of Cap-Ex equipment; Comfortable in developing quarterly and annual sales forecasts/budgets as well as team performance metrics; Solid experience with CRM, MS Dynamics 365 and power BI pref’d. Comfortable with data analytics in facilitating the sales process as well as coaching, mentoring and developing your team. BA/BS and prior sales management experience req’d. Remote role, anywhere in US near an airport. Travel up to 50%.
