The ideal candidate will have a min of 6 years exp in a manufacturing environment with a hands on approach and focus on electronic/electrical components/equipment ~ 2 years min management responsibility preferred. Solid growth opportunity for Hi-Pot professional in growing fortune 500+ client with path to plant leadership or other senior positions for the right candidate. Prior experience with ISO 9001 (Or Similar) with exp defining QMS and leading quality audits; Strong people leader with an aptitude for data and statistical evaluation to determine trends and formulate plans; You will have a strategic focus to determine areas of growth and posture for future state; Prior experience with testing and evaluation of electronic components, circuit boards or similar complex components/assys/equipment etc. using various test equipment with the ability to train, coach and mentor team members. BS engineering Or alternate degree with the comfortable performance of statistical and data analysis to facilitate issue resolution, MS pref’d. Travel up to 20% primarily regional.
