Search for a Financial Controller/Director for a diversified industrial near Goodlettsville, TN. Client is a division of a fortune 500 with multi-site and international components to this role. The ideal candidate will be a true Financial/Business Partner with strong talent development & coaching experience within a manufacturing environment (Pref’d); Interested in expanding their experience, exposure and oversight of other business functions leading to career growth; Prior experience with P&L financials; Strategic planning, coordination and administration of the division’s accounting functions, including general accounting, cost accounting, inventory and payroll, AP/AR, earnings estimates, profit planning and strategic economic analysis; Implement strategic plans, capital investments, acquisitions and restructuring projects; Prior experience with ERP systems/integration pref’d; BA/BS Accounting or Finance, advanced degree pref’d and 8+ years in financial analysis, reporting, inventory control, cost reduction, tracking and management of costs against a budget, and tracking P&L results req’d.
