Search for a Plant Financial Controller/Business Partner for a manufacturing client near Williamsburg, MI. If you have the below skills with an interest in the great outdoor offerings of upstate Michigan, this could be a great role for you! The ideal candidate will have experience supporting operations as a Business Partner with talent development/coaching experience within a manufacturing, distribution or construction environment; Coordination and administration of the plants accounting functions, including internal controls, general accounting, Cost Accounting, Inventory; Payroll, AP/AR; Earnings estimates; Profit planning and strategic economic analysis. You will implement strategic plans; Report financials to leadership; Evaluate acquisitions and restructuring projects; Prior experience with ERP systems/integration pref’d; BA/BS Accounting, Finance or Business req’d, advanced deg pref’d and 5+ years financial analysis/reporting, audit, inventory control, cost reduction, tracking/management of costs against a budget, and tracking P&L results. Travel < 10%.
