The Position: The Legal Intern will report to and work closely with our General Counsel. The primary objective of the role is to assist with legal activities, such as contract preparation, legal filings and research.
Requirements: The right candidate will be a 2nd or 3rd law student or have related experience. Excellent organizational, research, and writing skills along with a high level of professionalism are required. Experience with Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and a demonstrated interest in renewable energy law and policy is a plus. This person should be willing to work about 15 to 20 hours a week.
The Location: Vineyard Wind is based in New Bedford, MA, with offices in Boston, MA.
