Vice President Clinical Research | Clinical Operations

The Opportunity:

We are recruiting an executive level Vice President to take leadership for all aspects of the Clinical Research | Clinical Operations organization.

To qualify, you should have 10+ years of Clinical Research experience (operations and strategy) in all phases of clinical trials (1 - 3) and this should include having worked in the therapeutic area of Oncology.

 Your Responsibilities will include: 

• Participate as a member of the executive leadership team
• Be responsible for all staff recruitment and selection, performance, evaluation, training and development
• Have the financial acumen to analyze reports, budgets, data and expenditures
• Be a visionary; a change agent; a strategist
