Senior Systems Administrator to support IT Core Services (Auburn, WA)

 

Our growing client, a 3rd generation, family-owned meat wholesale re-distributor, is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to support their IT Core Services. This is a Hybrid role w/ONSITE requirements in Auburn, WA.

 

In this role you will have an opportunity to lead mission critical projects, including Enterprise wide Software Upgrades. Must have at least 10 years experience in systems administration. Recent VMWare and Windows Administration certifications are required. Pursuing self-motivated candidates with a broad knowledge of hardware, software, security, and networking technologies.

 

Required Skills:

• Background in network management including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Firewalls
• Expertise in Microsoft, MAC & Linux operating systems
• Deep experience in datacenter infrastructure design and planning
• Proficiency in technical evaluation/analysis to troubleshoot infrastructure hardware, software, or end user services
• Available/willingness for on-call support/emergency calls during off-hours support
• Ability to maintain and secure passwords, file systems, and data integrity
