Great opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer looking to lead printed circuit board design and testing meeting customer requirements. You will be a critical part of a growing team having ownership over new analog/digital circuit designs and variants used in commercial and Military aircraft all over the world. The hiring manager and other senior leadership have experience in some of the most well known Aerospace and Defense contractors and have joined forces to make the best Power and Battery management storage systems for the most demanding customers. This is an onsite role in Tempe Arizona.

Key Responsibilities include:

 

• Lead/own customer technical requirements process to delivery
• Design architecture to meet needs with an eye on budget and schedule
• Participate in qualification process to meet Mil-STDs and DO-178b requirements
• Produce Test Plans, Test Reports and ATP procedures
• PCBs will be designed for DSPs and Microprocessors

 

• Requirements:
• Bachelors in EE is required. Masters degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical design of printed circuit boards
• Advanced knowledge of Analog and Digital Circuits
• PSpice, LtSpice, DxDesigner, or Matlab simulation experience
• EMI backround is a plus
• Experience designing schematics.
• Understanding of Pulse Width Modulation for AC/DC and DC/DC conversions
• Knowledge of embedded systems
