Technical Recruiter

We are looking to hire an IT Recruiter who has something valuable to bring to the table homing in on your true recruitment expertise such as:

Responsibilities

Full-cycle recruiting:

  • Execute sourcing methodologies to develop candidate pipelines effectively.
  • Conduct thorough resume reviews and phone screens and provide hiring managers with candidate assessments and interview recommendations.
  • Populate new candidates, update profiles, and document all daily activity within the internal Applicant Tracking System.
  • Debrief candidates after each interview session.
  • Extend offers to candidates selected by the interview team

Client-side activities:

  • Follow-up on all existing businesses to ensure retention, quality, and additional business development in collaboration with other team members.
  • Conduct research about programs and skillsets and verify with hiring managers that all hiring requirements are clearly understood to ensure focused recruiting efforts.

 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years full-cycle recruiting experience with hiring IT professionals.
  • Experience working with ATS.
  • Experience with social media recruitment methods, including a strong presence on LinkedIn.
  • Experience developing Boolean strings and conducting efficient resume sourcing.
  • Capable of Multi-tasking and Prioritizing
