We are looking to hire an IT Recruiter who has something valuable to bring to the table homing in on your true recruitment expertise such as:
- Execute sourcing methodologies to develop candidate pipelines effectively.
- Conduct thorough resume reviews and phone screens and provide hiring managers with candidate assessments and interview recommendations.
- Populate new candidates, update profiles, and document all daily activity within the internal Applicant Tracking System.
- Debrief candidates after each interview session.
- Extend offers to candidates selected by the interview team
- Follow-up on all existing businesses to ensure retention, quality, and additional business development in collaboration with other team members.
- Conduct research about programs and skillsets and verify with hiring managers that all hiring requirements are clearly understood to ensure focused recruiting efforts.
- 2+ years full-cycle recruiting experience with hiring IT professionals.
- Experience working with ATS.
- Experience with social media recruitment methods, including a strong presence on LinkedIn.
- Experience developing Boolean strings and conducting efficient resume sourcing.
- Capable of Multi-tasking and Prioritizing
