The Big Task

This position assists in coordinating all sold projects from point sale through completion of client’s installation.

Key Sub Tasks

Exhibits consistently professional and congenial customer service practices to answer incoming calls from customers and coordinate appointments for our sales team. Has the ability to complete invoicing a timely manner with high attention to detail.

The position requires above average attention to details, concern for the exact correctness of work, and a strong commitment to tasks being completed on time.

As a Senior Install Coordinator, you will effectively coordinate multiple crews and projects by performing various coordinating tasks, such as scheduling, permit pulling, calendar management, and communicating with crew leaders. You will also help facilitate necessary process changes and implantation along with helping lead, mentor and train other team members.

The Senior Install Coordinator will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, managing several tasks at once, and will work closely with internal personnel and leadership.


  • Execute approved strategies and plans that will result in team and individual goal attainment
  • Effective coordination of multiple crews through:
    • Crew leader coordination: Oversee all installation schedules, jobs, and resources
    • Scheduling: Direct the install leads on a job specific basis
    • Tool and Fleet Asset Management
    • Service Techs, Comfort consultants and Project Engineer who sold projects and need Install Team scheduling.
  • Calling customers to set up installation schedule.
  • Professionally answering the phone in a polite, friendly manner.
  • Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Review material purchase orders and upload into field service software for job costing purposes.
  • Permit applications; apply, gather supporting files/specs/drawings, and coordinate inspector meetings.
  • Assist Install Manager in completing accurate and timely paperwork (i.e. Will Calls, Project Worksheets, etc.)


  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
  • At least two (2) years of Customer Service or related experience
  • Ability to work through internal and external project issues in a timely manner
  • Technically competent and proficient with software programs: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills: In-person meetings, E-mail & Phone calls
  • Fast Paced Multi-Tasker
  • Strong Attention to Details
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow through with tasks and complete them on time
  • Works well under pressure
  • Demonstrated and successful leadership experience
  • Successful process development and implantation experience
  • Proven ability to motivate, train and mentor staff.
