What We Do

We are a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for your home’s plumbing, heating and air conditioning and electrical systems.

The Big Task

  • You will drive sales goals for our HVAC home service and replacement business.


Key Sub Tasks

  • Work closely with General Manager to achieve sales goals.
  • Coach, motivate and train the sales team to exceed team goals.
  • Communicate and align with other departments and functions.
  • Mentor and develop the inside sales team and sales coordinator to ensure appropriate sales metrics.
  • Training sales and technicians as necessary.
  • Review job costing on all projects, and implement necessary changes to meet and exceed gross margin goals
  • Engage in processes to ensure that the production board remains full throughout each season
  • Follow through on pending sales, invoicing, and financing.


Desired Skills and Experience

  • Must have strong selling skills. (Experience in transactional selling, in home sales, or direct to homeowner/consumer sales is a plus)
  • Possess the ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in our team members.
  • Ability to provide unparalleled customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives.
  • Be detail oriented and a highly organized multi-tasker with good presentation skills and the ability to convey confident and decisive messages in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment.
  • Be proficient using a computer and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
  • Relentless drive to put your team, and the teams you support in a position to win the day EVERY day

  • Income expectations: $150k-190k+ per year including bonuses.
