Engineering Systems Administrator

The Engineering Systems Administrator will assist in the development and implementation of a Manufacturing Execution System / Manufacturing Operations Management System. She/he will also be responsible for system maintenance and improvements upon deployment. Responsibilities: - Implementation of a manufacturing control (MES/MOM) system including validation - Develop and provide end user training - Coordinate with manufacturing engineers to develop efficient fabrication methods - Analyze MES/MOM system to optimize manufacturing processes - Identify and develop enhancements to the system - Monitoring the production processes supervisory control and automated control - Managing the process sensors, analyzers, actuators and instrumentation - Maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing software, controls and processes - Liaison between Engineering and IT.



Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering is required. Zero to five years’ experience programming in .NET,, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and SQL Server Reporting Services. Experience with MES systems, specifically Simatic IT is beneficial. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. The individual must also have the ability to learn new process and technologies quickly and have the capacity to stay cool under pressure. Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills is required.
