Job Summary:
The Environmental, Health and Safety Manager will implement and execute the company’s safety and industrial hygiene (IH) programs and policies.
Essential/Key Functions:
Education and Experience
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in EHS or STEM related field.
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degrees in Occupational Safety or a related field (Industrial Safety, Construction Safety, Industrial Hygiene, etc.) are preferred. CSP or CIH certification not required, but preferred.
Required Experience: At least 5 years of practical experience in the field of industrial, manufacturing or laboratory safety.
Preferred Experience: Battery industry experience and experience with safety of laboratories and operations that use chemicals is preferred.
