Provide technical sourcing/ recruiting support in a potentially high volume IT recruiting environment; source, screen, interview, negotiate offers and close candidates.
Advise and counsel leadership and hiring managers on recruiting challenges, trends, and best practices.
2+ years of full life-cycle technical sourcing experience in start-up through enterprise level organizations
Ability to navigate and source through job boards, ATS systems, and other sourcing techniques
Must have experience recruiting for technical skill sets with IT candidates
Proven ability to attract and recruit IT candidates
Strong proactive sourcing skill; web searches/tools, name generation, and networking
Demonstrated track record of meeting recruiting goals/hires per month
Ability to own and drive the recruiting process
Strong business acumen
Ability to build strong working relationships with business leadership and hiring managers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities
Ability to work independently
