Title: Account Manager

Reports To: Supervising Account Manager

Job Purpose: Main point of contact with clients

Schedule: 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $19.00-$21.00/hr

Job Duties:

  • Serve as the main liaison between customers and the company.
  • Maintain open and proactive communication with clients throughout the job process.
  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales and the Sales team.
  • Manage and respond to bid requests, providing relevant job and bid history to estimating and sales for pricing.
  • Enter job details into the company’s operating system for envelope manufacturing.
  • Provide reference materials, including past job samples, for accurate color and print matching.
  • Receive and review artwork, working with prepress to set up files for client approval.
  • Coordinate with scheduling and shipping teams to ensure jobs are completed on time.
  • Distribute approved orders to plant operations for manufacturing.
  • Communicate inventory needs with company buyers on a job-by-job basis.
  • Conduct quality control checks on samples before sending them to clients.
  • Double-check job details processed by other Account Managers to ensure accuracy.
  • Submit billing details to accounting, addressing any special client requests.
  • Provide backup and support for other Account Managers as needed.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
